CEO and Founder of RevPro, Sandra has more than 15 years of experience in the hotel sector having worked for Marriot, Travelodge, Accor Hotels, AHGranada Palace among others.
Winner of the “Avilés Business” award in 2019 for an innovative work fully remotely concept and a business model based on a win-win approach which both are part of RevPro´s DNA.
Sandra has been able to transfer work methodologies from large hotel chains, adapting them to support family owned businesses and independent hotels with the sole objective of maximizing their income.
Sandra is passionate about animals and travel.

Mario has an effective and fast ability to integrate into organizations, leading working teams and projects from start to finish.

Vanesa Hernández
Senior Revenue Manager
Versatile, enthusiastic and obsessed with dealing with the right input data, Vanessa has more than 10 years of experience in the hotel sector, including operational roles. She has worked in chains such as Travelodge, Meeting Point Hotels, Lopesan Hotels, among others.
In addition, Vanessa has experience in the Revenue Management System world, having dedicated 3 years to working at BeonX, both in Product and Sales departments.
Vanessa has great analytical skills, which brings added value to the level of prediction and ability to explore opportunities.
She enjoys a good gaming session, she is in love with her dog.
Andre Morán

With a diploma in Tourism from the University of Oviedo and a master’s degree in Hotel Management from the Ostelea School of Tourism, his career in the hotel world began in 2012 as a receptionist in a well known hotel chain.
In the last 5 years, he has channeled his experience to collaborate with small independent hoteliers, taking revenue manager roles.
Andres´ approach focuses on optimizing and driving the growth and efficiency of businesses by obtaining the most reliable data and using tailor made strategies.
Carlos Varela

Professional who comes from other previous sectors, such as Law. He began his journey in the revenue world at the beginning of 2022.
Carlos is an enthusiast of data and logic, methodical and with a great capacity for learning.
